Your Guide to Charities In and Around Rochester, NY

... linking donors and volunteers to local nonprofit agencies

The Wishbook is a directory of wish list items and volunteer services needed by more than 220 local not-for-profit agencies. Use the listings to find a charity that needs your donated item or volunteer skill.

Follow the link to the agency's page, where you will find additional information. Call or email the contact person at the agency to arrange for delivery or pickup of a listed item, or for details on volunteering.

Note: The Wishbook does not accept donations or keep an inventory of items. Please use the information you find here to make arrangements directly with the agency.

Please be sure that your donated items are clean, useable, and in good condition, with no missing pieces or pages (puzzles, games, books, etc.). Clothing should be clean, and not torn or stained. When in doubt, contact the charity.
