The Wishbook features Wish Lists of Items Needed and Volunteers Needed by more than 200 Rochester-area charitable agencies.

Use the listings to find a charity that needs your donated item or volunteer skill. Follow the link to the agency's page, and call or email the the agency to arrange for delivery or pickup of a listed item, or for details on volunteering.

Donated items should be clean, useable, and in good condition, with no missing pieces or pages (puzzles, games, books, etc.). Clothing should be clean, and not torn or stained. When in doubt, contact the charity.

Please Recycle
For items that cannot be donated, see Monroe County's Residential Recycling Guidelines.

Most Monroe County residential waste items, including computers & other electronics, are accepted for recycling at Ecopark, 10 Avion Drive (off Paul Road), during their regular hours.
There is no fee for disposing of these items and no appointment is necessary.
